It would be great if the platform allow users to categorize units as long term or short term rental. For short term rental, it would be great if the tool provided features to manage AirBnB units.
Not sure if you have seen this, and if it was before or after your post but at least you can tag properties as STR now. Track Short-Term Rentals with Stessa | Stessa Help Center
