Report Enhancement - Tenants based on Pay Status

Add a Report that allows you to filter based on Tenants in the “Current”, “Due” or “Past-Due” category. Also, add a filter criteria of dollar amount to be able to filter based on those owing > $0 and “Due” or > $500 and “Past Due”.

Property would also be a desired filter criteria.

This would assist in collections/collection notices.

This would be AWESOME! The biggest part of my life as a landlord is just making sure all tenants have paid and knowing who has not.
