I think it would be a good idea to allow the user to set the default views or save preferences for the reports. For example, I prefer to see a Year-To-Date view every time I click on a report.
It would be good to allow the user to have their favorite report load up with his/her desired settings when they click on the report page. I use reports religiously, in my line of work, so I have other comments/suggestions as well, but I’ll start with this.
