The reporting is done at the individual property level or the whole portfolio. Would be great to select multiple properties from 1 portfolio to get reporting and the reports showing individual properties ie income statement breakdowns when needed.
@meritageinvestmentpa It might not be exactly what you’re asking for but within the reports there are 4 dropdowns you can manipulate. If you change “by month” to “by property” you can get a side by side comparison. Only downside is you lose the month by month break down unless you set your time range also to a specific month. Hope that helps a little bit!
