Unpaid rent feature

You can currently scroll through leases and tenants page to see paid/unpaid rent from units in your portfolio which is great, but we need a way to organize the leases and tenants page by paid and unpaid rents. Especially for those of us that have multiple units it would be nice to be able to select a button something like unpaid rents so everyone who hasn’t paid rent instantly shows without having to sift through each unit to find who has and hasn’t paid rent. Or choose an option sort by payment and have the unpaids at the top and the paid at the bottom
