I like to have 3 CM accounts per property
1 - Rents are deposited & misc. expenses are paid
2 - Routine Reserves (reserves/savings for routine/known expenses)
3 - Emergency Reserves (reserves/savings for unknown/unexpected emergencies or vacancies)
The list has gotten quite long and the CM page would be much easier to manage if there was a way to GROUP CM accounts by property, and then color-code the accounts.
It is very confusing right now because the accounts change order randomly, and they all look so similar that I have to very carefully read the name of each account line-by-line to be sure I’m choosing the correct account per property, and per account use.
