Would be amazing to be able to create a time transaction, link it to a property and a category as well as add notes. This would come in handy as a written log for claiming “real estate professional” and/or “material participation” on taxes.

I came here to request this as well.
Ideally, this would allow you to track the date, number of hours, with a drop down for type of activity (and box to write in details), and select which property (if any) the work corresponded to.
(There are certain tax benefits available to those who qualify as a “real estate professionals,” which requires, among other things, that you track a certain quantity of hours of material participating in their properties per year.)
