When I enter my lease information at the actual lease rate, I run into a problem with Stessa telling me my tenants under pay. This is because I receive a rent payment from my property manager that is the rent less 8%. My property manager also occasionally gets a fee for signing a new lease or renewing an existing one. I only get the net amounts reported.
It would be nice to have an rent less PM fee field.
