Please add “cost segregation Fee” as an expense category or maybe a sub-category under taxes.

How are you categorizing this for now?
Nothing seems to fit quite right. I thought about using Legal & Professional > Inspection (the study is a type of inspection) or Accounting (the study is used for tax preparation purposes)
Stessa really needs to create another GL of ‘Other Expense’ that can catch all these other misc. transactions that they don’t provide GLs for.
