Allow filtering of transactions page by multiple categories

Rather than selecting a single category, allow check boxes so you can select multiple categories at once

I would also benefit from this. When going through end-of-year receipts and auditing work, sometimes you may want to see just 2 categories to compare them, or only look at 2 specific bank accounts. Now that I think about it, this would apply to ALL filtering Category, Property, Account, etc.

Agreed, this is paramount.
Same in Reports, we should be able to select the properties you want to see included or excluded from the Report

I would like to be able to select multiple categories when filtering transactions rather than selecting only one. In the same vein, it would be very nice to be able to filter out certain categories, such as transfers, interest, or other categories when viewing the reports or transaction pages.

Filter by Multiple Categories

Would really like to be able to filter by multiple transaction categories at the same time, instead of just one category at a time. For example, there are times I’d like to be able to see all the items associated with travel at once, but right now I can only view all of admin & other, or a single subcategory. In this example, I’d like to be able to select travel, admin, and meals in a single filter.
