Would love to see a way to auto assign a transaction to a property. For example, I have a number of properties that use a particular sewer company. Each transaction as it is imported has a different account number in the details section of the transaction. It would be amazing if Stessa could auto assign a transaction to a property based on the value in the details field.
Another recurring transaction are mortgage payments, it would be nice to be able to auto assign them to a property based on the amount due (as mortgage payments often stay the same).
I know you can auto import and assign if you have one property per account but I have 3-5 per bank account.
