The leases tab being gone is a HUGE DOWNGRADE. Now there is no easy way to review occupancy, payment status, etc…you have to click around a whole bunch different locations to even find out if rent has been paid this month.
This was a big mistake. I can’t imagine who thought this was a good idea. Please fix. This alone will make me leave the platform.

It now takes 5 clicks to access one single ledger. Going to your next active lease is not a simple back 1 step, forward 1 step. You have to start literally from the beginning.
For anyone having trouble finding the new ledger/remembering where it is:
Properties>Select Prop Name>Leases>Select Lease>Ledger & Charges
What platform will you go to instead?
Following cause this is a major downgrade. I started using STESSA because it made recording rental transactions easier. This just makes it incredibly frustrating.
The complete lack of response from Stessa to any posts on this topic (or most others for that matter) shows how uninterested in this product Roofstock is. Stessa feels like it’s been abandoned. It really is time to start looking at migrating to a new platform I think.
I agree. The new version is a major pain to end leases and delete charges.
What normally would take me 15 seconds to delete a charge now takes a minute or more. You can’t even open separate tabs from clicking on the balance anymore. What a silly change. I can’t believe they didn’t even have someone using the platform beta test it.
I don’t even see where to add different lease amounts for different dates. I used to be able to separate each year, since the tenants’ rent goes up each year.. but now I can only see the single line.
Huge downgrade in functionality. It looks like they are adding a bunch of tabs for their add on services or other things like listings, screening, maintenance, etc. I am also going to look into something more similar to the old stessa.
