I would like see a contacts page where you can add contact info (Name, Phone, e-mail, DOB, Car Make / Model) for your tenants and then attach those tenants to the property / unit they live in. A contractors category would be nice as well, where you can list; locations they service and what services they offer. Lastly, would be nice to have the ability to add those contractors to transactions, so you can look back to see who did what work.
