Hi,
it would nice to have a page where landlords can track the utilities that they are responsible for. I always find it difficult to remember which one I have to pay, how much, if I paid it etc. It would be nice to have in one page what are the contracts that are active on the properties (gas, electricity etc) and which ones are the tenants responsible for, if he or she paid it, and which ones me as landlord I am responsible for and the balance.
What do you think?

I completely agree. I was just trying to find the place where I enter the account numbers, vendors etc for the expenses on a property just as you mention, and I’m discovering that’s not an option.
Yes totally agree. I can never remember the various providers and what all the tenants need to transfer over.
I agree. I want to utilize this software but the fact that utilities are not listed in monthly expenses is a big issue for my needs. I am currently looking for a different software that has the ability to enter utilities.
