Editable Transaction Dropdown

Request the ability to remove sold properties from the transaction dropdown. If flipping, or doing many transactions, the ability to have a shorter property dropdown on the transaction page would increase efficiency and speed when categorizing. Understanding the ability to delete properties is currently the only way to do this, this would give investors the ability to keep sold properties data, and have only active properties in the drop down.
