It would be nice to see a list of recent transactions on a property page and a portfolio page. It can have its own area.
It is a hassle to have to click on the transactions page then filter by property or portfolio
I have 4-5 portfolios, each with a couple properties - and I would like to see transactions, or at least a link to transactions from a property or from a portfolio - rather than click on the transactions and have to filter by property
