I would love to see an expansion on seeing my financial data visually to spot trends and gain additional insights.
Cash flow or trend charting could deserve its own dedicated section tab.
Examples:
- View a chart of the income expense performance of each property for the current month, or last month, or accumulated ytd, etc.
- View this months cash flow, income, expense charts with a dotted comparison line showing last months cash flow, income, expense.
- Forecasting.
Personal capital finance uses your same account aggregator under the hood and would be a good example.
