For us to be able to really use this platform we need.
- Add loans to multiple properties (we finance several at once).
- Add equity loans to multiple property groups.
- Multiple Admin Accounts
- Also need flexible amortization options like 3yr.
Been watching this tool for some time, and was building one in-house, but think this is a better fit long term.
Also, thumbnails of the properties on the property list page would make it more attractive.
