How do I configure and track a variable-rate mortgage?

I have a variable-rate mortgage, the interest rate of which varies month to month as the bank’s prime interest rate changes.

I can’t find any way to configure, update, and track such a mortgage.

How should I handle this? I don’t mind entering an interest rate and mortgage payment amount each month.

@bill.hollings Variable rate mortgages are not currently supported unless you connect your Stessa account to your lender via the External Accounts page. This will create an associated loan within your Stessa account and should also pull in updated balances and payment information each month.
