Purchasing a rental through Parent Company Roofstock. A non refundable Marketplace Fee: $895 is charged on all transactions. Where does this get catagorized/recorded under transactions?

@gojr69 Congrats on the new acquisition! Probably best to double-check with your CPA, but this fee will typically go under “Capital Expenses > Closing Costs” since it’s a transaction fee associated with the purchase.
