Hello - I’m new to Stessa. I have a property that was purchased needing a lot of upgrading. Our loan was for higher than the purchase price to include some of the renovation costs. So the bank cut us a check at the time of closing the loan. I’m not sure how to categorize this transaction. Any suggestions?
