I have a quadplex (well, 2 duplexes) and I rehabbed all units in 3 stages over 1 year. Should I add it all as Capital Expense, or try to drill down to each system (flooring, paint/wall, electric, appliances, holding cost, etc)? I am not that familiar with Stessa so far but it appears that has many features that down the road I wished I entered data in a specific way.
