I like the newly released Maintenance requests. Two feature requests:

  1. Ability to sort/filter the list. This way I don’t need to view completed tasks, and can sort by priority or property.
  2. Ability to enter completed date rather using the date I marked the task completed.

Also allow free text updates that is visable to the tenant as well.

Stessa should add a user type that is maintenance-focused so property owners can have maintenance requests emailed to their team who can then complete, update the status, add photos, etc. Maintenance requests should also come through as an email alert in case you aren’t checking the dashboard or app daily.

We need to be able to add a maintenance person to collaborate and they need to be able to get notification of maintenance request. They must NOT have access to view financial data in the portfolio.
