New Transactions not showing up

I’m a new user. I set up the connection with the bank account and transactions loaded and then stopped coming in. I went through the verification process again with the bank and more transactions came in. That was a week and a half ago and no more transactions have come in since. I don’t see a “refresh” button in transactions. My transactions preference is “import automatically.” How can you consistently receive new bank transactions? Thanks.
