Property not found

Hello,
I’m still trying to figure Stessa out and I can’t seem to add a property. When I type in the address it recognizes it and allows me to select a known address but when I click on continue it says “property not found” when it clearly just knew the address. Because It can’t find the address it won’t allow me to continue. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?
