When I record a Transaction as a Transfer > Property Tax Escrow, it does not show up on the bottom of my Net Cash Flow statement when I look at the individual properties. Insurance Tax Escrow and and PMI Escrow do show up, just not Property Tax Escrow. Property Tax Escrow does show up as a line item when I look at the “All Properties” Net Cash Flow statement…just not when I filter to a specific property. Am I missing something?
