Allow a place for us to enter renter’s insurance policy number, coverage and expiration date and then send us emails letting us know a renter’s insurance policy is expiring.
I would love this feature to send reminders and track tenants rental insurance policies. We had a fire loss last september and it was difficult for everyone but the tenant who did NOT have renter’s insurance was a big problem and financial loss for me since he didn’t deal with any of his stuff.
