I sent one client two rent collection emails (it’s a duplex that we rent to a company - so same client for both units), but the client can’t find both emails, just one for the first unit. Is there any way for me to resend the second unit’s rent collection email?
BTW, I’ve asked them to check deleted and spam folders to verify it didn’t go there.
I am in the same situation. Tenant says he deleted the email and cannot find the rent pay invitation email. There should be a way to be able to resend the rent pay invitation.
Completely agree. There needs to be a way to resend the invite. I thought about disconnecting the rent collection and reinstating it as a work around. My residents are having trouble connecting their accounts. Not off to a good start.
