I have a mix of residential and commercial properties and have enjoyed using Stessa so far. But the commercial properties have a few items that are slightly different and would be great to have those included.
NNN Fees as an Income sub-category
Leasing Commission as a Capital Expense sub-category
Ability to add any length to the usable life for Capital Expenses to handle commercial leasing commissions for terms of say 3 or 4 years. And 39 years for the building.
Agree. the 39 year useful life is fundamental to commerical properties. Cant actually use stessa to track depreciation on commercial properties without it
Unfortunately, Stessa is designed specifically for residential properties. I will share your feedback with the team, but at this time, there is no ETA for commercial support.
