Syndication of listings

I am just learning to use the stessa website and app - I have created a listing and I’m not sure if I clicked on the option to syndicate the listing on the other 3 sites (zillow, hotpads, trulia) when I created it or not - anyways, it was not syndicated… so now I want to syndicate the listing and the little slide bar that toggles syndication on and off is grayed out and it won’t let me? why would this be? How do I fix this and get the listing syndicated so renters can actually see it?
