I would love to see the ability for a tenant and I to communicate in app in the future, similar to rentredi. General communication, maintenance requests, etc.

I would like to be able to communicate on the stessa app with the tenant and be able to call them the same as TurboTenant has
Also there should be a option in the navigation menu to see the tenant, now the only option is when I’m looking for a tenant is to go to properties and go into the unit the tenant lives in
I am unsure of the status on this. However, this is something I am really needing. As an individual who covers 50+ properties, I really need ONE location where leases are, transactions and tenant communication. I am giving so many people my cell phone! I also cannot send group messages through my cell because then all of the people would have each other’s numbers. I have to send messages individually through texting.
