It would be great to able to message and record these transactions with tenants. Can you add this feature?
I support this request!! Hopefully this will be something that the Pro Membership can offer! It’s features like this that would make the Pro Membership invaluable and most definitely worth the expense!
I’ve been comparing Stessa with TurboTenant and while I do value the tenant communication I think it’s less important than some of the other threads on this chain. That said, it is on my wishlist and it would be nice to have ability to track maintenance requests.
I would love to see a place for messages. It could be a multipurpose solution for maintenance request and more. Somewhere to track the actual submission of the tenant.
It would be great if there was a CRM or communication portal incorporated in this system. One where text and email all were centralized to and all my communication to tenants, cleaner, subs, etc. could go and come from.
