I’ve been enjoying the use of Stessa and recently took the plunge to premium account. One item that I’d like to add to the wishlist is an expanded tenant portal feature. Specifically I would like a document store that our tenants can access when they need instructions for an appliance, thermostat, how to use an uncommon feature, etc. We also have PDF instructions for replacing air filters, refrigerator filters, and other small maintenance items the tenants are responsible for.
It would also be nice to have a chat feature with your tenant to keep it all in the portal - with the ability to link ticket requests with transactions.
