It would be great to get an app for tenants to be able to use for their initial payment as well as tracking any on going receipts ect. I am getting this request. What do ya’ll think!?!

I agree with this. The main thing Stessa is lacking is a tenant portal including Maintenance requests. This is one of the main reasons i am still considering another software.
I agree with this. One tenant downloaded the Stessa app (as would make sense for most accounts/websites people use) but then couldn’t log into their account that way. Then just being able to log in that way to their portal would make sense and be useful.
My tenant just got promoted to create an account and the stessa support said they created this, but it wasn’t communicated. Just putting it out there that this might be implemented.
