I have been tracking expenses for my rental properties using a spreadsheet. It is becoming unmanageable and so thinking of trying out stessa.
The expenses can be incurred using bank account, zelle, venmo, cash, or credit card. Sometimes the expenses are deducted from the rent.
Is there a basic tutorial that guides you through tracking expenses made for rental? Is linking the bank account a required step?
