Visibility to Status of Tenant Enrollment in Rent Collection

I’m new to Stessa and piloting the rent collection functionality. It seems like after I send the email sent to tenant inviting them to enroll in rent collection there is no visibility as to what has and will happen. It seems like the process is 1. send the email 2. hope that the rent shows up when due. Would like to see:

  1. the status of tenant enrollment…did they actually enroll or not? bank account linked?
  2. did they set up automatic recurring payments?
  3. Do they have any payments scheduled including automatic?
  4. Notification of payments made.
  5. For the whole process of enrollment and ongoing payments: notification and alerts of key milestones, actions needed by tenant, etc.
