My Propertyware accounts have been working perfectly for years, until mid-March 2026. I’ve removed and readded them (they show connection successful), however no transactions are being imported. Any ideas or recommendations to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for flagging this. I’m on the Stessa engineering team — we’re aware of the Propertyware import issue affecting accounts since mid-March and are actively investigating. Re-adding the accounts won’t resolve it, so no further action is needed on your end.
Quick update — the fix has been shipped and Propertyware imports are flowing again. You should start seeing transactions backfill into your account shortly. If anything still looks off after the next sync, please let me know and I’ll take a look.
