Account Linking Web vs Mobile

On my mobile app, I can see all of my original and current linked accounts (banking, PMs, mortgages, etc). On the web app, only some of these show up. Why is there a discrepancy between the mobile app and the web app? I do most of my activity and transacting via the web app because it’s just easier to use a computer and browser, but if the accounts aren’t showing up it makes it almost impossible to use effectively. Any idea why this is happening? Specifically, my AMEX business account no longer show up in the web app - only in the mobile app.
