I lease office space as part of my operation. The Rental Expense category can cover many types of non-owned use expenses such as storage units, office space, tool rentals, vehicle rentals, etc.

Came to say this could be really helpful. I run several short-term rentals and some are leased properties. A mortgage is not appropriate for these units.
