We have a few storage units that we use to store furniture for our rentals…would be nice to have categories…now I use Other Repairs.

I agree. Similarly, I lease office space for my operation and need a Rental Expense category. This can be used for all types of non-owned use items like storage units, office space, tool rental, etc
