Hi,
Please see if there is a way to program your system to allow to indicate a month-to-month lease properly.
Currently it’s a fixed term, and there are no other options.

Agreed, was just wondering that myself. Only “Long-term” and “Short-term” are options in the property tab, while m2m is perhaps something in-between. Can’t really set an end-date on a m2m tenant, though I suppose we could just put an arbitrary date out in the future, just so the system doesn’t think it’s expired.
