Rent escalations

hello,

I have a request. Basically, I have signed a lease with escalations.
For the sake of the example
6 months $ 1,500 (Jan-June)
6 months $1,600 (July-Dec)

In order to reflect the above, I was suggested to set it up as 2 different leases, although that creates additional problems on my side.
It would be great to have that option so I can have available different pricing within the same term of the contract.

That sounds like it could be more easily accomodated with logic like
Increase X
Every Y
Until Z (or Zz cycles)
