Feature Request: Ability to apply an expense across multiple portfolios. Currently you can only apply an expense to a single portfolio. In my case, I have properties in Colorado and Nebraska, and plan to continue to grow both, but would like the ability to keep portfolios separate for tax purposes (state filings). However, there are some expenses that still need to be split up across all properties in all portfolios.
@russ.fru While Stessa does support portfolio-level expenses as a separate bucket for tracking purposes, you are correct that we do not support “all-properties-level expenses.” That said, it’s easy enough to simply “Split” these expenses into as many child transactions as you have Portfolios, and then assign them at the portfolio-level. Does that work?
