Splitting Expense to all properties

It would be very helpful to be able to split one expense to all properties quickly/easily. It is very time consuming to split the expense manually to all properties. For example, a monthly property management expense is paid but the expense applies to all properties evenly.

I am looking for the same help, I thought the parent company did this, but it only codes it that way sometimes and I can’t figure out why, it is making my accountant’s head spin.

Agreed. Wish there an easier way to do this. Very useful for expenses that get spread across all the properties like mobile phone expense, internet expense, umbrella policies, etc.
