For the capital expenses report export, the output is a compilation of all properties in one place. Have you considered breaking out the capex line items and totals by property? I thought accountants capex add to the basis of each property separately and a total of all properties are not as helpful. This would create more work for accountants to separate all expenses relevant to each property and adding them to the basis for tax time. I’m not a pro but this seems more useful output.
Also, shortening the user name on the forum to 3 letters is basically the same thing as including the full name which doesnt offer much privacy. please allow users to mask more of their full name as an identity.
