As an owner of a STR, we provide flowers and fresh seasonal decorations. Some I know provide wine and cheese. I would like a new category created called: HOSPITALITY.

Would these items be identified under the category already listed under Linens, Soaps, and other Consumables? I would think since they are used and destroyed for each STR this would be the right category.
On the other side, I like the HOSPITALITY. In Texas, if the AC breaks and it is over 80 degrees, I am required by law to place my tenants in a hotel or alternate housing until it is repaired. This has happened on multiple occasions. Having this category would benefit in that situation. Also, when I am needing to house myself near some of the rental locations for inspections/ repair work.
