How to categorize kitchenware to furnish a kitchen in a STR?

I often times not sure how to categorize like bowls, plates, kitchenware, utensils for a STR. Any thoughts what categories this would fall into? Is it considered a capital expense or repair and maintence item?

I am in the same situation. When we setup a property in Stessa we should indicate whether it is a Short Term Rental, Mixed, a long term rental furnished or unfurnished. By doing so, the software would automatically provide us the right set of Categories.

When setting up our STRs I put those types of expenses into the R&M supplies bucket.
