Change Bedroom and Bath Count?

i see the gear wheel, but not allowed to change bed and bath count, just sqft… is there a work around?

@sean3 you had me stumped for a second :slight_smile: they definitely make it confusing on the interface.

Looks like the bed/bath count are modified at the lease/tenant level - which is not intuitive. Then you can click on the bed and bath numbers (second screenshot) to change them.
