Please include a feature to change a tenant’s unit or room number in the same building to another available unit keeping their payment, charge, security deposit, move-in date history intact. over time tenants want to change units for size or any other issue. Currently you cannot change their unit. you have to do a “move-out”, refund the security deposit then input them into the new unit as a new move-in. their history doesn’t transfer over at all.
