Hi all, I’ve never put my leases into Stessa, but have always been able to add the tenants name to the unit. But I can’t figure out how to do it now.
@kkrauss2 I believe you are correct that recording a lease is a requirement to enter tenant information, now. With the major revamp this past year, I think it unavoidable.
But… you could create a new unit and name it after your tenant? But that would mess up other things such as occupancy calculations, etc. Give that a try:
